So we kind of have the same routine out here everyday (or almost everyday)! We usually get up and go for a run...thank goodness the kids are always so good in the jogger and there are so many amazing running trails around here! Then we end at the park which is only about a 1/2 mile from our apartment! We then head home to change and go to the pool (I keep forgetting to take my camera)! The weather is great here which of course makes everything so nice! It's then time for lunch, naps (which are usually great after being in the sun all morning :)), and running errands...and then time to start the whole bed time routine (dinner, baths, reading....etc.) And finally the kids are off to bed! It does feel a little bit like "Groundhog Day" every day, but not a bad one so I can't really complain! It's definitely A LOT better than Breton's long days...but we really appreciate all that he does for us!!!
At the park there is a beautiful rose garden...seriously amazing and so pretty!!! Apparently, Dax is not enjoying it in this picture!

Kaylin usually wants Dax to come lay with her for a few minutes before I put him down...my sweet babies!!

Happy Birthday! We need to do a birthday lunch here in the next few weeks, when we can actually plan a time to come up there or if you are coming down here. It's kind of funny Kaylee slept through her whole b-day party. It's cool you guys have the same b-day!

What a fun daily routine!! I know what you mean though about it feeling like groundhog day! It's kind of like that for Eden and I too! It looks beautiful where you guys are at! I'm a little jealous about that and the weather! It's been so rainy and gloomy since we got here but it's starting to warm up I think! Your kids are so cute jen! I love that They are so close to each other! I hope my kids love each other like that! Oh and Happy belated birthday! Well I'm glad things are going well for you guys out there!

I agree with Tara's comment. I really miss doing that routine with you! Brings back so many fun memories of last summer! I never thought I'd say this, but I really do miss going away for the summer... its like a totally different life than home! You all are so pretty and TAN!!!
Happy Birthday, girl! I love your schedule! It sounds so nice, and yet...it sounds like a mothers life! It's wonderful, yet so routine. I wish we had a beautiful park to walk to though. We are kind of in the middle of nowhere out here in Kansas, but it's starting to grow on us. Hope you guys are doing awesome.

Just wanted to say hi and that summer sun looks so good right about now. Please tell your parents thank you for the beautiful flowers they sent us. They'll get getting a card from my dad, but I just wanted to thank them as well.

Happy late birthday. First of all, when you are a mom your birthdays kind of get lost in the shuffle, and second, I'm so sorry you were sick. It is soooooo HARD being sick and STILL having to be the mom.
Whenever I read your blog it brings back so many memories of my life with Meg and Ben. We did that same thing everyday. My double jogger was seriously my best friend. Your kids are darling and I'll bet they will be best friends just like Meg and Ben.
Can I please have Dax? I need a little boy and he is sooooo darling!

How fun. You look all golden tan from the summer. I love that Dax will fall asleep like that. I have yet to have my kids fall asleep anywhere but their crib. Maybe, maybe the carseat or stroller but I would be so shocked to find them asleep on the floor. That's so funny. They look so much alike. They are so cute and such a good mix. (at least that's how I see it) I'm glad you are having "good" groundhog days. happy birthday!
