Well, I am finally getting around to updating the blog! Life has been super crazy lately and I haven't had much time...So here is the beginning of a long update!!!

It is literally like having your own personal trainer in your ear guiding you through your workout every step of the way...coaching you, motivating you, and correcting you! I LOVE IT!!! Anyway, it has been such a fun thing to use and I also get so many great ideas for my classes!
